Hi,
I'm configuring a new issue security level and currently testing.
I need to allow the customer the option to Shared with other customers. At the moment when I share the request/issue with another customer they are not able to view the request in the portal.
Would anyone know what permission I need to set on the issue security scheme to allow this ?
Any help much appreciated

You will want to add Service Project Customer - Portal Access
