Issue Results view limited to 250 for one user?
Hello,
Our default issue result page is 1,000 results per page. However, we have a user who is limited to 250. See screenshot. I can confirm we are set to 1,000 as that is what I see. Any ideas?

The issue result set is set via System> User Default Settings for the CLOUD env.
Is this is where you are referring to - "confirm we are set to 1,000". I do know that 1000 limitation is related to support issue result export. This configuration cannot be changed - https://confluence.atlassian.com/jirakb/increase-issue-limit-for-excel-exports-in-jira-cloud-779160811.html#:~:text=The%20maximum%20allowable%20value%20is,set%20to%201000%20by%20default.
Don't know if you already know of this.
Please advise.
