'Issue Created' Automation not triggering

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I've got several rules that are suppose to trigger when an issue in my board is created- however after checking the audit logs I cannot see that they are getting triggered?
I am manually creating the requests through the service portal
Edit: It seems to be coming through but delayed by 30 mins?
