I know we can export them but what if we want to import rules without creating from scratch again? Screenshot 2024-12-12 at 2.36.38 PM.png

Hi @Aysun Far,

Welcome to Atlassian Community!

Exported rules can be imported, but you have to do it from Global automation, meaning that only Jira product admins can do this.

Hi @Aysun Far , welcome to the Community, we're glad you're here!

In addition to what @Mikael Sandberg suggested, if you have a Backup/Restore capability, that may also allow you to import automations. You could create a manual backup (or use a nightly backup if no automation changes have occurred since that backup) and then import just the automation(s) from that. I can use our app, Revyz Data Manager for Jira, for this so I imagine other backup/restore apps do that, too. Good luck!
