If you are indeed on a free plan, try the following, since it will be free for up to 10 users (free plan)

Otherwise, you have to search the marketplace thoroughly.

Welcome to the community.  I agreed with @Alex Koxaras -Relational- stated.  Based on my experience, I am not aware of any add-on (paid or free) available currently to support what you are asking for.

I can only recommend that you contact Atlassian Support (https://support.atlassian.com) and obtain further support/suggestion.

You can also try the free version for up to10 users of our team's app Advanced Portal Reports. The addon allows you to create a customizable issues view, where custom fields can be shown, sorted by, filtered, exported to Excel, etc.
