Is there an option to show a customer/organization a specific type of issues/group or faq?

I want to show some customer only X group of issue, for example i have 2 groups Request and Problems, i want that X organization just see Problems, and the other just see Request

As of now, Jira Service Management has no "customer group permissions" related feature. 

I suggest you to search for an add-on to support you on this request

Well, this its possible in the server version, but in cloud its still not possible.
