Is there a way to measure ticket deflection based in the answer provided by Rovo or VSA?

I want Rovo agent implementation to be an OKR. However, I need a measure and I want4ed to use ticket deflection metric. How do I measure this?

Not that I'm aware of or found this in documentation on VSA or Rovo.

I did found this feature request you can vote for and follow, ROVO-320
