Is there a way to hide Comment and More actions sections in Slack channel?

A new Slack integration was setup and customer does not want to see the Comment or More actions options within Slack.

Is there a way to hide these options from Slack view?

If this could be done, it would be done within slack and not within jira. This software, even if developed by Atlassian, works within slack and not within jira. I would personally check to see any settings within this app. If there aren't any, I would assume that is little that you can do.

Thank you for the follow up after testing it looks like users would have to log into Jira to act on Comments or More actions.  No further assistance needed.
