Is there a way to have an Employee section of a form?

I am trying to create a form that a customer will fill out, and once the ticket is submitted the form will be finished by an employee. I do not want the customer to see the employee section of the form, nor have access to it when filling out their section. Is this possible? I have tried using a conditional section, but I want to avoid the customer accidentally revealing the employee section of the form by selecting an option in a field.

The short answer is no, you cannot have a section in the form that just a subset of users can fill out. The workaround that we are using is that when the request is submitted a second form is attached to the request via automation that our team is filling out.
