Is there a way to force a comment on the Satisfaction survey with a rating of 3 or lower

When a client gives a satisfaction rating of 3 or below we would like to force that client to leave a comment explaining the reasoning for the low score.

Not that I know of - you could customise the text though to ask for a comment?
