Is there a way to copy an existing help center page in a staging area? Also what is the best practice to create a service project as 2 are needed?

If you want to reproduce what you have in a staging environment the best method to make a backup and restore. Here is how to build your staging environment.

Other than that, you can use some third party apps in order to copy some configurations from one environment to another (Example: Configuration Manager)

The license (evaluation) for staging is 30 days. Our team will need more time to evaluate the "new processes" implementation. 

If we cannot get more than 30 days is it possible to revert back changes in production?
