Hi, our app is used in three languages (English, German and Albanian). We work since the beginning with Jira Service Desk but we now wanted to also use the Knowledge Base. Unfortunately there is no Albanian in the Language Packages. Is there a way to add an unsupported language?

I'm afraid not.  We'd need to add a "language pack" for any new language, and that can only be done by Atlassian for Cloud (admins can add them to server/dc).  It's definitely something there should be a request for.

https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=text%20~%20albanian is all I can find on the subject, and none of it is a request for a new language, so I'd recommend creating a new one.  (Also https://jira.atlassian.com/issues/?jql=text%20~%20language%20ORDER%20BY%20updated%20DESC uncovers some other language requests.  Personally, I'd prefer the freedom to add the language packs yourself, as you can on Server/DC)
