Is there a way of downloading all files attached in servicedesk portal in one go.

When trying to download attached files from the portal, one has to download each file separately, which is quite a tedious process if there's a lot of files.

Are you asking about the customer view? From request view? Natively, it's impossible. The customer has to click one by one and download them separately.
