Is there a way not to leave our projects visible in the help centre of our service portal?

Hello, we have a problem in Jira ITSM (Jira service management) as customers who access our help center to create or view tickets can see all the projects that are already created in our Jira ITSM !

Hi @Rihab El Ahleli

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You may need to restrict which customers can view the customer portal (and submit requests) for a service project on your help center. Service projects offer an option to restrict access to it.

Solution

  1. Go to Project settings > Customer permissions.
  2. Under Service project access, pick Customers added to this service project only by agents and admins.
  3. Save.

This will restrict the project to customers and customer organizations specifically added to the project, meaning no customers will be able to view the portal for the project unless an agent or administrator adds them to it.

Please note that as a project administrator, you will still view the project's portal on your help center even after restricting the project's access.
