I've seen lots of documentation giving introductory information regarding using JSM to set up a CAB program/process, but no actual step-by-step runbook that will take someone through the actual process of setting it up. Also, there's a part where it implies that to set this up JSM needs to connect to a CI/CD tool, and I wanted to verify that step was absolutely necessary.
Does anyone know of any runbook like what I'm looking for or if Atlassian Support will walk us through the process?
