I believe there isn't a predefined limit, but it's crucial to consider security and access control best practices when assigning site/org admin roles. Granting administrator access to only those who genuinely need it helps minimize security risks and ensures that the system remains well-managed and in one "Style". Trust me I had the pleasure to inherit someone else's work and it is very hard and confusing to understand their practices without them next to you.
