Hello. Our shop has a premium license for JSM Cloud and a subscription to MS Teams. We are in the process of integrating them nativley with no other subscription based apps. We just want to confirm there are no additional costs to integrating our JSM Cloud instance with the free Jira Cloud app and MS Teams.
Thanks
Hi Emerico,
That is correct - there should be no additional costs depending on how much functionality you want to do between the two.

Hello @Emerico Vespucci
Is your Free Jira Cloud app on a separate instance from your Premium JSM Cloud app? If so, what are you trying to achieve with integrating these apps?
There is no inherent cost to making on Jira/JSM instance talk to another. But if you use a third party app to make that happen, then that could incur a cost. And if you need to give access in your Free Jira instance to more users from your JSM instance and exceed the maximum of 10 users in the Free Jira instance, then you will incur cost from needed to start paying for licenses for the Jira instance.

Hello Trudy. No, we installed Jira Cloud app on our MS Teams and connected it to our premium instance of JSM Cloud.
