Is the JSM datacenter license named or concurrent?

Hi Team,

We are in process of purchasing license for Jira Service Management(Datacenter) for 50 users. We want to know if those users will be named or concurrent? i.e We can create only 50 users or we can create as many users as we want but only 50 can login/work at a time?

Hi @Dharmin Patel , accounts are named, not concurrent.

You can de-active product access for one user and grant that freed up license seat to another user, yes.
