Is it possible to start an object schema key from 0?

I've created two object schema previously, but needed to delete both because that was the only way I found to change the object schema key.

Now that we've decided on a permanent key. I want to know if it's possible to restart the key at 0.

If not, how high can the keys go?

What you're asking is not possible, but can you describe why you have this requirement? Maybe there is another way in achieving you goal?
