Is it possible to save 'Show' settings on custom project report?

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
I keep applying my designated time frame under the 'Show' dropdown menu-- but it is not saving. Is there a way to save this setting that I am missing? I would prefer to not have to alter filters used for my report series, if possible..
