Is it possible to relocate the notification popup that appears in the bottom left corner?

I have some users who have a very large screen (32", 4K resolution), and I have a validator that triggers a popup notification that warns the user to fill out some fields properly, but the popup notification/warning appears at the bottom left, while the fields, transition button appear at the top right, making it a little difficult for the user to notice. Is it possible for us to relocate the notification popup that appears in the bottom left corner?

As far as I know, that is not something you can control. There is an in product feedback option that you may use to raise this suggestion to the product teams, though:

 

It appears on certain screens near that same bottom left corner.
