Is it possible to receive scheduled reports in JSM

Hi team

Can anyone advise if it is at all possible for me to get scheduled reports of a saved Dashboard in Jira in a pdf version via email?

I have created a dashboard report on issues over 100 days old across all teams in Jira and trying to send a dashboard to a wider audience.

Thanks

Hi @amrita.sodhi

You can send the filter result in a scheduled way, via email,  but not the dashboards.

Full detail information in this doc

Hi @Patricia Francezi_iDev_ that that worked. However, I received the email in a non-extractable form. Think it is possible for us to extract them in an excel format?

Hi. I use Google sheets plug-in for this scope.

You can schedule updates, then it will refresh the data. It doesn't send an attachment via email...

Hi Amrita,

You can send a list of matching JQL issues to the appropriate recipients in our app Notification Assistant for Jira.
