Is it possible to migrate only partial project?

Patrick J Bonk

I have a project that is very old and huge.  I only really want the last say 5 yrs of issues to migrate to the cloud. Is this possible?

Hi @Patrick J Bonk ,

you'll have to clean up your project before you migrate, you can't just select which issues to migrate during the migration. It's an all or nothing type of operation.

So I would suggest you run a JQL query for all issues older than 5 years and use bulk action to delete them in bulk.

Cheers,
Peter

I have done what you suggested and then tried a new migration and I am getting a weird error during the checking process.

Getting this error.

Cloud token has expired.

It list three steps to get rid of it but these are not working.

Help?

Hey Patrick,

Did you try the steps mentioned in this Jira ticket: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/MIG-279 ?

Those might help.

Cheers,

Peter
