If the "share with" option is disabled, no organization is shared with.

It it is enabled, it enables the user to choose between "share with organization" or "share with no one".

Is it possible to compel the user to share with their organization?

Hi @Joseph Chung Yin , we are trying to obligate the customer to select his organization.

As you can see in the screeshot below, using the article that you shared, the customer still able to select "No one"

This is the portal configuration:

We already tried the other options and the issue persists.

Is there any other configuration to ensure that organization will be automatically selected?

Thanks in advance

@Rafael Marin -

Take a look at this Atlassian KB on this topic - https://support.atlassian.com/jira/kb/requests-automatically-shared-with-organization/

The answer is YES.  However, when a customer submit his/her asks via the portal, it is always better to train them to decide to share or not-to-share to avoid spamming others (non-involved parties) on unrelated issues.

Hope this helps.

Best, Joseph Chung Yin
