Hi everyone,
I’m trying to understand the best way to keep only Jira Service Management Standard active on our Atlassian site, without using the full Service Collection bundle.
Our current need is specifically related to Jira Service Management features, such as:
Customer Portal
Request Types
SLAs
Queues
Automations
Support/service desk workflows
We do not currently need the additional services included in Service Collection, such as Customer Service Management or other bundled products.
Has anyone been able to subscribe to or keep Jira Service Management Standard as a standalone product, without Service Collection?
If so, could you please share the correct path in Atlassian Admin/Billing, or whether this requires contacting Atlassian support/billing directly?
I’m also trying to confirm whether separating/removing the other services from Service Collection could impact existing JSM projects, request types, SLAs, queues, automations, or configurations.
Thanks in advance for any guidance.
Hi @Flávio Leite ,
Based on this announcement, I don't think it's possible: Transitioning to Service Collection | Jira Service Management Cloud | Atlassian Support
Unfortunately, you will be paying higher prices. However, you can embrace the change by using ROVO and Assets to help with your current workflows. Assets with ROVO can work very well together to automate a lot of the manual effort. We use it a lot for Team assignments, managing access and approvals.
