Is it possible to forward specific comments on Jira Issues via email?

Hi,

we have the following requirement: a specific comment on an Issue has to be forwarded via email to external service partners.

We thought this is maybe possible with Email This Issue, but it doesn't seem to be possible.

Has anyone an idea how we can solve this?

Hi @Eva Rehn 

Try using Jira Automation with comment smart values.

Also using automation you can send emails to the external account.
