Is it possible to customize the simplified view of a service desk ticket that the customer see's?

Part of our process invloves cloning service desk tickets to a scrum board where the service request resolution requires a user story be added to our backlog.  As an Admin I can navigate the link between the original service request ticket and the cloned user story ticket.  Our partner also has access to the scrum board and would like to be able to navigate directly to the cloned ticket from their Service Request.  However when they click on one of their requests the "Linked Issue" field isn't available, and I can't find where I might be able to customize that view to show that field on the customer view of their service request.  I have a workaround in place on confluence which lists all of the service requests and their clones, however would be nice to allow the customer navigate the link directly from their service request.  Any ideas?
