Is it possible to check for teams chat link on an issue for automation?

Scenario:  I want to set up an automation to unlink a chat (MS Teams) thread from an issue when the issue is transitioned to Closed.

Are the following possible?

  1. Check for the condition (linked chat)
  2. Perform action to back up the chat to attachments
  3. Perform action to unlink the chat
