i have a url for JSM that ends in 7 (https://cosmiccore.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/7), is it possible to change to end in 1?

Welcome to the community.  It is my understanding, it is not possible as the number is assigned automatically by the system for every JSM project created.
