Hi Community.
One of my team member asked if Agents are able to change the Customer (i.e. the Reporter of the issue) on an already created JSM issue. In this use case, the Customer does have a Jira Software license and the Agent has "Modify Reporter" permission.

If you have the Modify Reporter permission set up and the Agent Role has that permission then the first thing i can think if is maybe the Reporter field may not be on the edit screen?
