Is it possible to auto assign an organization based on email domain?
Where the user is newly registered from an email domain that is not known to us
- User self registers to our JSM
- JSM identifies the domain part of the email address
- JSM creates an organization based on that domain
- JSM assigns that user to the organization just created
Where the user is newly reigstered from an email domain that is known to us
- User self registers to our JSM
- JSM identifies the domain part of the email address
- JSM identifies an existing organization based on that domain
- JSM assigns that user to the organization already created
An email domain "known to us" means that there are other users already registered with the same email domain.
