¿Is it possible keep the agrupation fixed for al users? (Also read only users)

Hello!

In my list view, I have a grouping

The ting is, I have admin permissions and can hide all ideas from each group and show the ideas from the group I want.

My colleagues without admin permissions can only hide ideas group by group.

It would be more helpful is, by default, all ideas were hidden. That way, my colleagues would only have to show ideas from the groups they wanted at a time

Welcome to the community.

What type of project are you using, please provide some screenshots and actions you take to adjust the grouping.

But in context, these are visibility options, that a able for a user to be set individually and the latest state is set in the users cookie.

A user that rerturns to the page will see the results a set in their cookie.

Hi Marc,

I am creating some ideas and I add a project field.

Then I grouped it by this field "project".

All of my collegues can use the colapsed options individually for each project (num 2 and 3) but not the upper global colapse option (num 1).

If it's not possible get for all type of users the global collapse option, we need that alwways appears the objectives grouped by project and colapsed (as num.2)

Only users with the role creator can do this (licensed to project discovery granted)

User who are Contributors (only viewers) can't make these changes as they are not licensed to Product Discovery.

I know that olny creators can do it.

The point is if I can adjust the view with all ideas collapsed by projects as a default view.

No you can't.

The settings are user based used. Any user can set the view options available to different settings as they please.

The options provided can be set by (except the global product based ones).
