Is it possible for the reporter to change the approver once the ticket has been summited
Hi @Michael , why would you want to have the Reporter be the Approver? To bypass the approval process?
You could add the Approvers field to the request form so that customer can choose their approver.
Then you can create an Automation Rule where Issue Created is the trigger, then compare values of Reporter and Approvers as condition and auto-approve those requests as the action.
