Does Jira automatically add anyone who sends an email to our QS-support email address to our list of customers? Is it necessary for us to add our employees as customers?
Hi Jill, it depends on how you set up your project. The image below with the highlights conveys how you can set this up. The first highlight set up a public project which probably isn't what you want. The second highlight refers to how you can restrict to your company's domain.
