Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

No.  The default name remains "bug". 

Issue types can be renamed by your administrators - you will need to ask them why they have changed the name of the bug type, and get them to change it back. (It's not really the right way to name an issue - do developers really work on "report a bug"s?  No, they work on "bugs")
