Inventory data link with fields at service management

Hi all,  

Recently I added the app Assets inventory plugin, I wanna to find out if It is posible to link some fied in the instance to this plugin, talking about in the case some equipment Will break down, and I can be able to remové the inventory directly It, without any action on It, the idea is to have  automated  the process.

Can you clarify if your Assets inventory plug is associated with Atlassian's Assets or not?  If Yes, then you can create custom fields in your JSM env (sourced from Atlassian's Assets schema objects) and implement those fields against your JSM project's issue types.  Afterward, one can update those fields pulling the Assets schema object(s) thus creating the issue links between JSM project's issues and Assets schema objects.

However if not, then I would recommend that you contact the third party add-on vendor directly to obtain technical support on your ask.
