Hello Team,

I have created one Confluence page and linked with the JSM Page, we are licenced users
the problem I am facing when I am linking with the internal, I am not able to find the spaces in that where as when I am selecting the external I am able to find the spaces

Currently we have one Internal portal so all the internal users can get the issues related to it.
Can anyone help me on this

Hi Sankalp,

A couple of things to check. In the JSM project, make sure you have the Service Desk Team project role. In the Confluence space, make sure you have view permissions for the Confluence space you are trying to link. Only spaces you can view will appear in the list.

Hi John,
Thanks for the reply.

I have full administrator rights for that specific project and in Confluence, I have also created the articles in Confluence but still the problem is same.

Even I have one testing environment, it shows the same problem.
