Can you setup an internal note inside a JSM ticket (for Help Desk) to go to a Slack DM? I am new to JSM and appreciate any articles with steps to do this. Thank you!

Welcome to the Atlassian community.
You could use the Automation feature to detect that an Comment was added and send the information to Slack. If you want that to happen only for Internal comments you would add a Condition to check if the comment was marked as Internal.
Hi @Trudy Claspill - Thanks for the welcome and advice - we'll check it out. Have you used slack integration with Chat before? Would like to steer away from Chat but loved how seamless it made communication inside the JSM ticket look.

I have not yet worked with the Chat feature. In my daily work I am not working as a JSM agent so I don't have much opportunity to explore all the new features becoming available in that arena.
