Interacting with AAD Groups

Hiya, 

We're implementing JSM, and I'm keen to learn more about auto-provisioning for 3rd party apps.  From what I can see, our options are sending a web request via the automation engine or triggering a deployment pipeline.

I'm concerned the first option may expose sensitive information, and for the second, we don't use supported CI/CD tools.  So, how do you guys work with AAD Groups etc.?  Do you use something like Workativ?

I'm looking more in the context of adding users to groups to provide access to non-Atlassian apps, e.g.

• an Employee Onboarding flow that grants access to a SOE
• a request for a license to M365

Thanks for clarification. Depending not he application, a tailored automation would need to be built to provision access to those apps possibly via API. Kind of inline with what you mention about web request.

If you referring to Azure AD, then would recommend following this doc to get setup.

Keep in mind you should be subscribing Atlassian in order to integrate.
