Intent actions will not delete

I am trying to create a new intent and it populates with actions I am unable to delete. I can not delete any new actions I create either. I have tried all the workarounds without success.

Please verify that you are a Space admin for this particular service space.

The question identifies your permission as Product Admin, but Atlassian specifically requires Space admin access to create, edit, or delete virtual service agent intents.

Product Admin doesn´t give you Automatic Space Admin permissions.
