We are a software company and have an app we developed.
We would like to integrate the JSM customer portal into our app so that our customers can reach out to us from in the app.
The customers log in to the app with a username and password, we would like this to log them directly into the portal as well, without needing to log in again.
Any suggestions?

JSM provides you with the ability to embed widget ( a light weight form ) which would allow customers to log request directly from the App / Website.

Thank you for your reply.
I understand that the widget does not have all the functions the portal has, especially tracking requests and back and forth communication between the customer and service provider. These are functions we would need.
Is there an option to integrate the actual portal so we can use all it has to offer?
