In the Discovery tool scan settings, when a scan is ran the next scan date/time is never updated so the scan only runs once.
I recieve this issue in the event viewer

Got the exact same issue here. Any help from Atlassian would be appreciated.
I've replaced the discovery files with a clean one from the extract and it works, the logs of the service is in the logs folder inside the ones %instancename%_%date%_%executionid%_discovery
%instancename%_%date%_%executionid%_%scanSettingsId%_discovery contains the result of the scan, it is easier to diagnose the issues with the service in normal log and not debug log
