Insight - Importing assets and assigning to users

Hi All,

I think I need some assistance with how we import assets into Insight and assign to users. What I'd to see happen is that with the field "assigned to" which is a user field, that the import allocates the user to this field.

At the moment, even though there is a name in the import file, it just leaves it blank. I think this is because I'm not using the IQL but I'm not very educated on the IQL and from what I've looked up on here, I'm still at a bit of a loss.

Any help would be appreciated. (our names in import files are simply "Firstname Lastname"
