I have created a project in JSM. And here I have created a workflow for Incident. I use client portal to create incident. There is a transition where I need to provide additional information and redirect that incident to the developer. But here in client portal I am unable to see that action of re-directing it.
As per the workflow, and as marked in red, I should have been able to see and chose the option of Transition. but I cant see anything here. Please help me as what might be the cause of it?

In order for customers to transition issues from the portal, it’s necessary to select the option “Show transition in the customer portal” on the workflow transition.
If you already did that and the transition is still not visible, check if there are no conditions, for example, Permission Condition, Only Assignee Condition that could prevent them from executing it from the portal as well.
