Hi,

In Jira Service management how to add Date validation at the time of form filling.

whenever i submit a Change request Date validation is there for once i click the Create button

requirement is : past days should be disable for planned start date

There is no feature to disable dates in the calendar pop-up.

You could contact Atlassian Support directly to find out if there is a change request in their backlog for that. I could not find one.
