I am having a project in JIRA Product Discovery. When I go to the 'Delivery' tab and try to search for a project, it showing me the corresponding project from JIRA. But under this project, no issues are displayed although the issues exists in JIRA project. This is happening for only two of my projects while I am able to search and link the issues from other JIRA projects under the same JPD project. Please help.

Hi @Kunal

Not sure this is the issue, but do you have these two permissions in those Projects...

  • Browse Projects
  • Link Issues

...it's possible the permissions are limiting your options in this scenario if you don't have this access.

Hi @Ste Wright ,

Thank you for your response. Yes, I am the admin for JPD as well as JIRA instances. While I am able to view other projects issues from the same JPD, I am not able to see the issues for some projects. The important thing is that the project names are visible in the dropdown for those projects under JPD too for which the issues are showing as blank.

Thanks & Regards,

Kunal.
