There are a number of fields that are system defined and I'm can't hide them or change the name of the field, so in the Organization section there will be fields that are empty and that can be confusing for the users and it makes the section messy.
I would like to have a way to with not show the fields I don't want or have way to change the name of the field so I can use it.
In general, no, you will not be able to change names of sections, what is in them, or system field names. Can you provide a screen shot for some more context and information?
