Improvement: Download Button at attachements within a comment

Hello together.
I have an improvement suggestion.

We are using Jira Service Desk.

If there are multiple attachments in a ticket, I can either download them individually or all at once. When downloading individual files, if I move the computer mouse over the attachment, two icons are displayed. The first icon is a “cloud” for downloading and the second icon is an “eye” for previewing.



Now, we often attach files in the comments. Unfortunately, this function does not work when you hover the computer mouse over the comment. This means that I cannot download the individual files directly. I have to click on a file first and have the preview displayed. And only then in the preview do I have the download symbol.

My suggestion for improvement:
Display the download symbol directly on each individual file, so that you no longer have to go to the preview first.

Hopefully this is also a good feature for others.

In the comment is only the link to the attachment it is not the attachment itself that is placed there.

If you want to raise a feature request, you can do so via, Atlassians own open Jira 

The community is not Atlassian support and will not take post as features, it is here to help use solve problems they occur, that could be solved by other Atlassian like minded users.
