Iam trying to import some tickets through a csv file to a project in a JSM. But unfortunately, the summary field don't appear for selection (from - to) on JIRA.
I would like to know how can I fix this

Welcome to the community. Not quite sure your statement of "Summary" field is not available. You should have a column for Summary in your CSV file where you map it to "Summary" field during the import process.
Please advise, so we can support you further.
