Importing new organizations or clients

Hello, 

I want to import new organizations/clients via a csv file. Is it possible that they are created automatically while the importation or is it needed to create all the organizations/clients before importing the data ?

Also when the field is a checkbox, what needs to be written in the csv file so the checkbox is checked after the import ?

Hi @Benjamin PRUDENT in JSM, on the Organizations tab, there is an option under 'Manage Details' and one choice under that is to 'Import from CSV'.  There are instructions there for creating the CSV file so it can be imported, and an import guide you can use for more information.  

I found this article from Atlassian regarding field mappings.
